What you'll do
- Design end-to-end employee, manager, and HR workflows, including assistants and integrations for complex HR and employee-lifecycle needs.
- Prototype directly with LLMs and validate AI interaction patterns, including when assistants ask, act, recover, or involve a human.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and set design standards; mentor other designers.
