Security Cross functional Success Architect

What you'll do

• Lead technical customer engagements, assess implementations, and recommend improvements to adoption, performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
• Provide architectural guidance for Armis integrations with ServiceNow security products and act as a technical advisor to strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and develop reusable accelerators, playbooks, health checks, and enablement content.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, with deep expertise in at least two product areas.
• Track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions; enterprise architecture experience including identity systems, data modeling, integrations, and security protocols.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least two product areas required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Experience with Now Assist and generative AI, AI/ML platforms, upgrade management, or enterprise software NPI or beta programs.

$171,900 - $300,800 USD base salary
