Leads the design and delivery of scalable Ethics & Compliance processes, particularly for anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) and export compliance, using workflow technology and AI.

- Design and optimize compliance processes and workflows in collaboration with subject matter experts and technical teams.
- Lead automation, digitalization, and end-to-end delivery of compliance initiatives, including multi-year roadmaps.
- Monitor and improve processes, and communicate program progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
