Senior Machine Learning Engineer, GAI Search Platform - Moveworks

What you'll do

• Build algorithm frameworks for conversational search applications, including multi-turn, multi-hop question answering.
• Develop the search platform and LLM-enabled features, supporting scalable prototyping, ranking improvements, and quality, security, privacy, and scalability guarantees.
• Create evaluation metrics and methods for search models, including use of LLMs to address enterprise security and privacy challenges.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of engineering experience, including 1+ years as a senior engineer.
• First-hand experience with search platforms, such as information retrieval, search ranking and relevance, recommendation systems, or question-answering systems.
• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with or desire to learn large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agents.
• Python experience; contributions to mature Python libraries, platform code, or open-source repositories are a plus. Golang experience is also a plus, but not required.
