Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager

What you'll do

• Set product vision and roadmap, align platform strategy with engineering, and drive execution and launch.
• Integrate existing tools and develop capabilities for workflow discovery, data-readiness fixes, and AI ROI calculations; build for field users and drive adoption.
• Gather customer and field insights, communicate strategy and trade-offs, and mentor product managers.

• 10+ years of product management experience, including substantial time on AI products or generative AI tooling at a top-tier AI company.
• Hands-on product ownership of LLM-based systems and experience with generative AI and agentic technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, agent orchestration, and MCP.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration, execution, customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and strategic problem-solving.
