What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement core Voice Platform capabilities, including audio acquisition, conversation management, speech generation, and model integration.
- Build and deploy large-scale Voice AI distributed systems across regions and datacenters; improve software quality and SRE tooling.
- Partner with product managers and customers on use cases, and mentor colleagues across Voice AI engineering disciplines.
