Shapes and governs enterprise-wide ServiceNow architectures and multi-product roadmaps, advising customers and internal teams on platform strategy, integration, and governance.
What you'll do
- Set enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and long-term platform roadmaps across ServiceNow workflow domains.
- Lead executive architecture workshops and pre-sales assessments, advising senior customer stakeholders on strategy, scaling, and transformation.
- Develop reusable reference architectures and mentor ServiceNow delivery teams and partners.
What they ask for
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture, strategic IT portfolio management, or senior technical advisory roles in professional services or consulting; or equivalent education and experience.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and strategic portfolio governance, including complex multi-domain portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to shape enterprise strategy at the C-suite level and produce architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
- Certified System Administrator (or achieve within 60 days) and at least 2 relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (or achieve within 90 days).
