Owns the operational backbone for Professional Services delivery, including PSA administration, resource planning, partner operations, reporting, and scalable workflows.

- Administer Rocketlane PSA and improve project setup, handoffs, data quality, and adoption.
- Manage staffing, capacity planning, utilization visibility, backlog alignment, and partner-subcontracted delivery operations.
- Build delivery dashboards and reports, streamline partner intake, and standardize cross-functional operating processes.
