Builds and operates ServiceNow’s Voice AI platform and large-scale distributed voice systems, integrating AI models into customer workflows.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement voice platform components, including audio acquisition, conversation management, speech generation, model integration, and Voice Harness.
- Partner with product managers and customers to understand use cases and deliver solutions; deploy distributed Voice AI systems across regions and datacenters.
- Write scalable, reusable code, improve SRE tooling and practices, and mentor colleagues.
