What you'll do
- Lead cross-team infrastructure projects, architect and deploy solutions for Cloud Prem and SaaS customers, and establish SRE practices.
- Respond to critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, automate operations, and participate in on-call rotation.
- Provide enterprise customer troubleshooting and onboarding, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers.
