Team Lead Strategic Partner Ops

What you'll do

• Own partner forecasting, operating cadence, KPI scorecards, and Pre-Buy program execution and governance.
• Design scalable partner processes and policies, resolve sales escalations, and provide enablement and planning support.
• Lead a small analyst pod and drive AI-enabled automation, reporting, and workflow improvements with appropriate controls.

• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, pipeline analytics, and KPI design, including advanced Excel/BI and SQL or equivalent data skills.
• Hands-on use of AI to simplify or automate business workflows at measurable scale.
• Track record designing and enforcing cross-functional process, policy, and governance; experience leading, mentoring, or setting direction for analysts or project teams.
• Experience with a large GSI or strategic channel partner, enterprise SaaS deal mechanics, and influencing sales and cross-functional leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with prepaid, Pre-Buy, or inventory-based GTM models; familiarity with burndown accounting and OPTY reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, and Python or low-code automation platforms; experience with LLM tools or agent frameworks, including Now Assist.

Pay

$114,200 - $199,900 USD base salary
