About the job
Build, staff, and operate Sesame’s Bellevue fabrication shop and prototype line, developing repeatable manufacturing processes for hardware products.
What you'll do
- Design, equip, commission, and run the shop, including scheduling, maintenance, inventory, budget, and safety.
- Develop and document CNC and other manufacturing processes; use metrology and CT scanning to qualify parts and processes.
- Hire and lead shop staff, manage vendors, and partner with engineering on manufacturability, build quality, and schedules.
