Build and own iOS and Android test automation in CI to improve app quality, failure triage, and release readiness.

- Create automated tests for key app workflows and maintain iOS/Android coverage parity.
- Provide quality signals for nightly, weekly, and release builds; triage failures and distinguish app, backend, OS, device, network, and test-harness issues.
- Improve test reliability, reporting, and collaboration with app engineers on test coverage.
