What you'll do
- Manage onsite manufacturing solutions and readiness, coordinating suppliers, operations, and engineering teams.
- Develop and validate automation, tooling, and manufacturing processes; monitor capacity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Drive design-for-manufacturing initiatives, technical transfers, and manufacturing systems for quality and process control.
