About the job
Own and scale customer payroll implementations, ensuring accurate data and tax setup and helping customers successfully run payroll on Seso.
What you'll do
- Manage implementations from importing payroll history and configuring taxes through the customer’s first payroll run.
- Audit payroll, company, and employee data for accuracy and appropriate tax-agency filings; advocate for customers and resolve concerns.
- Build repeatable implementation processes and playbooks in coordination with customers and internal teams.
