About the job
Leads and improves Seven Starling’s medical program by managing PMHNPs, driving clinical quality and operational initiatives, and providing up to five hours of patient care weekly.
What you'll do
- Oversee a team of up to 40–60 contract and W2 PMHNPs, including quality, compliance, retention, and performance management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train providers; conduct chart reviews and implement quality improvement plans.
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and cross-functional teams on medical program strategy and patient and provider experience improvements; provide up to five hours of direct patient care per week.
What they ask for
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- 2+ years of clinical management experience.
- Expertise in women’s mental health, including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management for PMADs, menopause, perimenopause, and related concerns.
- Experience with provider recruitment, training, team development, quality improvement, and performance management.
Nice to have
- Clinical management experience with remote healthcare teams.
