Sr. Director - AI Product Development & Product Excellence Transformation

What you'll do

• Build unified data infrastructure and AI-ready ingestion pipelines across product development and product excellence, integrating with enterprise architecture.
• Lead AI transformation of product planning, program management, consumer insights, and product integrity workflows.
• Build and lead an embedded AI Fellows team, drive organizational adoption, and measure and report outcomes.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, product development leadership, program management, data architecture, quality/product excellence, or technology transformation roles.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML and data infrastructure, including evaluating tools and platforms and understanding data pipelines.
• Track record leading large-scale transformation or change management initiatives.
• Deep understanding of hardware or consumer electronics product development lifecycles, including stage-gate processes, EV/PV builds, and cross-functional launch execution.

Nice to have

• Experience at an AI-native company or in a product organization where AI was core to development.
• Experience productionalizing AI prototypes; familiarity with quality engineering concepts such as FMEAs, DVF, reliability testing, voice-of-consumer analysis, or return rate analytics.

Pay

$225,000 — $275,000 USD annual base salary
