What you'll do
- Set production strategy, underwriting guidelines, authority and pricing approach; underwrite primary and excess business within authority.
- Own the vertical’s premium, profit, loss-ratio, retention and expense results, and develop broker submission flow.
- Hire and lead the underwriting team; partner with Product, Engineering, Data and other functions on workflows, tools and portfolio management.
