Own Shepherd’s nationwide rate and form filing process, from preparing submissions and resolving state objections to implementing approved forms in its underwriting platform.
What you'll do
- Manage filings across all 50 states, prepare filing packages, and coordinate submissions with carrier partners and actuaries.
- Respond to regulator objections and information requests, track filings through approval, and maintain records of filed forms, rates, and rules.
- Draft and revise policy forms and endorsements, implement approved forms in the platform, and resolve policy issuance questions with internal teams.

- 7+ years of insurance regulatory or compliance experience with hands-on rate and form filings in casualty, workers’ compensation, or inland marine/builders risk programs.
- Hands-on SERFF filing experience, including building filing exhibits and supporting documentation.
