Supports the CCA Platform Integration and Support shoal by managing its product backlog and translating customer priorities into integrated, executable work for feature crews.
What you'll do
- Elicit and prioritize customer needs, then document them as epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Manage the Shoal 1 backlog in Jira and Confluence, maintaining traceability and an integrated view of interfaces, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate integration and operator-interface work across feature crews, shoals, vendors, and program stakeholders.
