Defines and operationalizes engineering design standards and processes across Shield AI programs, improving quality and scalability while supporting execution.
What you'll do
- Establish and maintain design standards and best practices across programs, including XBAT and VBAT.
- Standardize CAD, drawings, documentation, release processes, configuration management, and manufacturing and supply-chain handoffs.
- Build an engineering excellence framework and align teams on consistent practices across disciplines.
