What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of program managers, including hiring and supervising as the organization grows.
- Oversee DCS contract initiation and sustainment, customer relationships, and delivery against cost, schedule, scope, and technical requirements.
- Improve program management processes and tools, track performance metrics, and identify schedule risks and mitigations.
