What you'll do
- Lead and develop proposal managers and teams; allocate resources across concurrent pursuits.
- Own proposal strategy and execution from solicitation analysis through submission, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with approved decisions.
- Build scalable proposal processes, reusable content, and performance measures to improve speed, consistency, and outcomes.
