What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end SOX 404 program, including strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and compliance calendar.
- Coordinate management assessments and external audits; evaluate deficiencies and drive remediation.
- Improve controls through automation, cross-functional partnership, executive reporting, and development of SOX policies and training.
