Leads and improves Shield AI’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, coordinating controls, audits, remediation, and executive reporting.
What you'll do
- Own the SOX program, including strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and compliance calendar.
- Coordinate annual management assessment and external audits; assess deficiencies and drive remediation.
- Improve controls through process and technology initiatives, and report program status and risks to senior leaders and Audit Committee stakeholders.
