About the job
Build and lead the quality organization and systems for X-BAT aircraft, from prototype development through production launch and rate production at Shield AI’s Seattle-area facility.
What you'll do
- Establish the facility’s Quality Management System, inspection capability, audit readiness, and quality team.
- Own product and process quality, including nonconformance and MRB processes, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
- Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Supply Chain to manage risks, improve quality performance, and ensure aircraft meet approved requirements.
