Leads and maintains the Quality Management System for VBAT manufacturing, ensuring product conformity, regulatory compliance, and quality across production, inspection, and testing.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve the QMS in alignment with AS9100; support customer and regulatory audits.
- Oversee manufacturing quality, inspection, testing, and quality metrics across VBAT operations.
- Own nonconformance disposition and corrective and preventive actions; lead and develop the quality team.
