About the job
Leads and improves Shield AI’s enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), including AS9100 compliance and integration of AQAP 2110 requirements across programs and operations.
What you'll do
- Own the enterprise QMS, audits, corrective actions, document control, and continuous improvement.
- Lead AQAP 2110 gap closure, implementation, and certification readiness, and prepare for customer, government, and third-party audits.
- Build and lead the Quality Systems & Compliance team and partner across functions on quality requirements, traceability, metrics, and process improvement.
