Manages and improves Shield AI’s enterprise Quality Management System to meet AS9100, AQAP 2110, customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements across its programs and products.
What you'll do
- Own QMS compliance, audits, corrective actions, documentation, quality metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Lead AQAP 2110 gap closure and certification readiness; prepare for and support customer, government, and third-party audits.
- Build and lead the Quality Systems & Compliance team and partner across functions on quality processes and requirements.
