About the job
Leads the Shared Services Engineering team in building and operating reusable services, SDKs, APIs, and customer-facing systems across Shield AI products.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Set and execute the roadmap, coordinating shared capabilities and priorities with product and engineering teams.
- Guide architecture, delivery, security, reliability, and production operation of shared systems.
