Leads a software test and automation team that defines verification strategies and builds validation capabilities to assess autonomy software quality and readiness for deployment.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop Software Test & Automation Engineers.
- Define verification strategies and develop automated testing, reusable frameworks, and validation infrastructure across simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, and operational environments.
- Establish software readiness criteria and metrics, integrate continuous validation into CI/CD, and report readiness and risks to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting autonomous systems, robotics, or unmanned platforms.
- Experience with SonarQube, ROS, software readiness reporting, or DoD programs and customer demonstrations.
Pay
USD 160,000–240,000 per-year-salary; base salary
