What you'll do
- Configure, upgrade, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot PLM environments across production and test systems.
- Support engineering users and maintain documentation, training materials, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with system enhancements and integrations with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
