- Develop capture strategies, win themes, proposal storylines, and customer-facing responses to solicitations.
- Coordinate proposal contributors, schedules, reviews, and deliverables across teams.
- Maintain capture trackers and dashboards, improve processes, and develop reusable tools and best practices.
