About the job
Designs, integrates, and releases production-ready mechanical hardware and subsystems for Shield AI’s V-BAT aircraft, from concept through production.
What you'll do
- Create and release CAD models, assemblies, production drawings, BOMs, and design packages; apply GD&T and tolerance analysis.
- Package electronics and design components using suitable materials and manufacturing processes, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams.
- Support prototype builds, qualification testing, production integration, troubleshooting, and design reviews.
