Leads strategic technical talent sourcing, market intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows to build engineering candidate pipelines across Shield AI’s organizations.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles, map talent markets, and generate and engage candidates.
- Build proactive pipelines and repeatable sourcing systems, including AI-powered workflows, research agents, automations, and market intelligence.
- Advise and coach stakeholders on sourcing strategy, candidate markets, engagement, and recruiting effectiveness using analytics.
