Administer and optimize Shield AI’s recruiting and People Experience technology systems, building the technology roadmap and potentially growing into a hands-on team leadership role.
What you'll do
- Configure and continuously optimize Ashby and support third-party HR tools, integrations, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
- Build and deliver the TA and HR technology roadmap; manage vendors, releases, testing, and system changes.
- Establish data governance and reliable reporting, and support privacy, security, recordkeeping, and audit requirements.
