What you'll do
- Manage fellowship programs end to end, from intake and eligibility through onboarding and check-ins.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams on role fit, compliance, and fellow-to-full-time conversion.
- Build military-transition partnerships, represent Shield AI at hiring events, and track program outcomes.
