What you'll do
- Manage SkillBridge and military fellowships, including eligibility, matching, onboarding, and participant check-ins.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR, Legal, and Security on role fit, conversion, and compliant onboarding.
- Build military talent pipelines and external relationships; represent Shield AI at hiring events and track program metrics.
