Leads complex, full-cycle recruiting for senior and high-impact roles across Shield AI’s General and Administrative functions, advising leaders and using market data and AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring.
What you'll do
- Manage searches from intake through offer acceptance, including candidate engagement and negotiations.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce needs, hiring strategy, and market insights; lead intake and calibration sessions.
- Use AI, automation, and recruiting data for research, sourcing, pipeline analysis, process improvements, and mentoring.
