About the job
Leads the strategy, design, operation, and modernization of engineering laboratories that support multidisciplinary teams developing, integrating, and testing complex systems.
What you'll do
- Own lab infrastructure architecture, roadmap, design, construction, and modernization.
- Manage lab operations, equipment lifecycle, maintenance, utilization, uptime, and performance reporting.
- Lead lab engineering and technician teams and partner with engineering, IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors.
