Administers and enhances Shield AI’s Atlassian Cloud environment through platform configuration, API integrations, automation, reporting, and enterprise system integrations.
What you'll do
- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Access, including workflows, security, and marketplace applications.
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, automation, and data synchronization with enterprise systems.
- Create advanced JQL queries, dashboards, and reports; conduct system audits and support cloud migrations.
