Leads the planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of cross-functional People Experience programs and organizational change initiatives.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage complex PX programs, including scope, milestones, governance, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement change strategies, communications, and engagement plans to support adoption and sustainability.
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide executive updates, dashboards, and program reporting.
