About the job
Owns the Databricks operational layer, improving platform reliability, security, deployment, observability, governance, and support for enterprise workloads.
What you'll do
- Manage platform monitoring, alerting, observability, incident response support, and operational runbooks.
- Define CI/CD, deployment, compute, orchestration, and environment-isolation standards for Databricks.
- Establish reusable onboarding and operating patterns, improve platform health and cost efficiency, and coordinate with data and infrastructure teams.
