About the job
Supports X-BAT developmental ground and flight testing by ensuring test articles are properly configured, inspected, documented, and ready for safe testing.
What you'll do
- Support test readiness through hardware inspections, configuration verification, test article acceptance, and documentation review.
- Manage quality issues, nonconformances, and corrective actions; conduct root cause analysis and identify quality risks.
- Maintain configuration, traceability, and quality records, and analyze data to improve development and test processes.

- 5+ years of experience supporting developmental and/or operational ground or flight test.
