Own the lifecycle of production tooling for complex aerospace systems, from design and analysis through fabrication and prove-out, enabling safe, repeatable assembly.
What you'll do
- Design and release assembly fixtures, molds, gauges, handling carts, and protective tooling; produce complete tool design packages.
- Conduct structural and human-factors evaluations, lead cross-functional design reviews, and manage fabrication and shop-floor prove-out.
- Develop tool care and inspection plans and support first-article dimensional validation.
