Delivers and maintains standardized qualification and evaluation training for Shield AI V-BAT aircraft operators and maintenance technicians.
What you'll do
- Deliver initial qualification training, instructor upgrades, evaluations, and endorsements.
- Track qualifications and currency; evaluate trainees and certify readiness for operational tasking.
- Maintain training standards and materials, coordinate with relevant teams, and support test events, exercises, and deployments.
