About the job
The Director, HR Business Partner serves as ShopMy’s primary HR partner, advising employees and leaders while shaping people strategy and programs as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Advise employees, managers, and leaders on career development, employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and exits.
- Partner with the VP of People Experience & Operations to develop manager effectiveness, performance management, learning and development, and people strategy.
- Work with leadership and Finance on talent density, compensation, leveling, organizational design, and headcount planning.
