About the job
Build and own the people systems, data, analytics, and service processes that support ShopMy’s People function as it scales.
What you'll do
- Manage HRIS and people-data integrity, structure, security, and analytics reporting.
- Design people operations service delivery, including ticketing, SLAs, and self-service resources; manage the HR tech roadmap and vendor relationships.
- Own people-process compliance and audit readiness, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and IT, and identify automation or AI opportunities.
