Build and scale technical recruiting for ShopMy’s Product, Engineering, and Design organization, owning hiring strategy and execution and developing recruiting systems and a team.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design roles, from intake through close.
- Partner with leaders on hiring strategy, headcount planning, role scoping, talent-market advice, and candidate assessment.
- Build sourcing strategies, improve recruiting processes and reporting, and grow a high-performing technical recruiting team.
