Own and develop Siena’s core agent platform, improving how agents are evaluated, tested, monitored, and presented to customers.
What you'll do
- Own the platform roadmap and day-to-day product decisions.
- Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems; run structured experiments and A/B tests.
- Work with customers and deployment teams, prototype with coding agents, and ship product improvements.
